January 2012I ordered a new lightweight wheel chair for my husband only yesterday, and it arrived at lunchtime today !!! Such good service, and we are both so pleased with the chair. I had great difficulty in finding a lightweight wheel chair which would fit through our bathroom door, which is narrower than any of our other doors.
I chose the 16 inch seat width and it goes through the space with ease. My husband is an average size man and the chair is quite comfortable for him.
As the chair is for indoor use only , I needed one with which I could negotiate corners and passages with ease. Perfect !!! I would not hesitate to recommend you to anyone, not only for your amazing service, but for the price also. And of course free delivery too !! Thank you again.

The Sunrise breezy wheelchair was delivered on Friday morning at 9am. My husband had it unpacked and assembled within 15 minutes and it was in use by ten o’clock.
It was such a lovely day that we went for a long walk towards the village and gave the wheelchair its first run in. We are very happy with it and pleasantly surprised that it is of such high quality. A very BIG thank you to the girls who helped me select the transit wheelchair on the phone. Because i wasn’t sure which model was going to be most suitable i picked up the phone and spoke with a very nice girl who gave me sterling advice. I had to call back because i couldn’t find my plastic card to pay with. The second time another girl was equally nice and said that the new wheelchair would be with us in the morning.
Living in Scotland i doubted that it would arrive but it did and the wheelchair is absolutely splendid, my Husband even likes the red colour. I would like to thank all of you for making a difficult task so much easier by being friendly and helping me to select the right one. And the wheelchair did arrive the very next morning.

I wouldn’t normally write a testimonial but feel i have to regarding the Enigma wheelchair that was sent to us at the week end. Following a sports injury last week my leg was put in plaster and the Doctor said i would need a wheelchair for a few weeks rather than use crutches. There were none free at the surgery so rather than wait for a hospital wheelchair i decided to buy one online.
When i saw the words budget wheelchair and that the price was under £100 including delivery i couldn’t believe my eyes. Anyway it was ordered and i waited for delivery wondering if the wheelchair was going to be suitable. Sure enough the van pulled up the drive and the carton was bought in to the house by Ed the driver. Literally 15 minutes later i was using the wheelchair having fitted the wheels and read the instructions.
Bottom line is thanks very much for the wheelchair, speedy delivery and restoring my faith in online stores. Although i will only use the wheelchair for 4-5 weeks, i can see that it is a real bargain and very very good value for money.

Thank you for sending the cape however it arrived too late for the intended trip - we did have two days of rain and could have done with it but it was not the end of the world.- we now know it will prove to be very useful in the future. On a more positive note, we were on a cruise and the wheelchair was brilliant. If you need a testemonial - the wheelchair was easy to manouvre, folded away conveniently everywhere we went, and was not treated as a nuisance by the elderly person using it. We certainly could not have managed without it!

I dint know what bariatric meant but once i found the heavy duty wheelchairs section there was so much to chose from. The wheelchair arrived 3 days after i placed the order and seems well made strong and im told, very comfortable. It weight less than the old one so is easier to get in to the car boot at the week ends when we try to get away. Thank you all very much.

With all this poor weather we didnt expect the deliver the next day so we were amazed when the van pulled up outside the house. Your delivery girl was so helpful and carried the rollator in to our hallway for us.

• November 2010Your great help with selecting the best transit wheelchair for my father is much appreciated. As a larger than average man, it has always been rather difficult to find things that fit suitably. Having searched for extra large wheelchairs on the internet i was very pleased to find your bariatric selection.
At six foot two inches and 19 stone my father fits the Esteem bariatric wheelchair handsomely. We purchased a wheelchair cushion but don’t really need it as the padded upholstery provides all the comfort he needs. Knowing that it has solid puncture proof tyres is also a God send giving us confidence and reliability.
I can easily fold the wheelchair down and place it in the boot of the car which means that once again i am able to take my father out more frequently and take trips to the coast as we used to.

Received the Rollator today 20th Sept 07 at 7.50am only ordered yesterday ! Took it round to my 86year old Mother, who insisted we took her dog out for a walk to road test it. Your quick despatch meant I was able to go on holiday on the 30.06.which without the chair I would have had to cancel. Plus the wheelchair is first class and at a realy outstanding price. Dear all, just too confirm the order has been received the chair is fine. i received it at approx 10-30 am our normal post delivery time in the area as well! brilliant! thankyou again for your help and service, actually the chair is better than its nhs equivalent, you know the steel ones, i have a serco one with plastic frame from the wheel chair service so its lighter but needed one so i didnt have to keep getting it out of the car when i was alone. i can leave this one out in the house etc. so the steel ones are ok. with muscle disorders its the standing up and keep lifting and moving around to get them out etc. so i really needed more than one. actually i can go out today as well now without the car etc! yours faithfully ( with thanks)
