Like the EC model, the GT is a very comfortable slightly larger powerchair from Drive Medical with powerful 350w motors. The Sunfire Plus GT is a mid-sized rear wheel drive powerchair with the same range of functional accessories including PG drives and easy to use VR2 controller.
The height adjustable, comfy reclining seat has a high level of padding making sure of tru comfort for all users. It has moulded PU armrests that flip up to make getting on and off the powerchair easy. The armrests are adjustable in a number of ways, including height, width and angle to ensure support and comfort. The flip-up footplate has similar levels of adjustment. The footplate height and angle can be varied for maximum comfort.
The ride is comfortable thanks to the articulating front beam that absorbs changes in terrain, uneven surfaces and gradients. The tyres are solid to provide peace of mind and avoid the inconvenience of punctures. There are anti tip wheels at the rear preventing accidents on steep inclines or kerb stones. The headrest is height adjustable and can be removed when needed.
This Sunfire Plus GT powerchair has a seek and robust design and will take you on your travels for up to 20 miles on a fully charged battery and will manage 4ph at top speed. The maximum user weight for this Drive Powerchair is 21 Stone.
