Product Return Policy

UK Wheelchairs will guarantee your purchase against faulty manufacture. If your item is defect upon receipt through faulty manufacture UK Wheelchairs will replace your item on return of the item unused and in its original packaging.

You must inform us of this within 5 days of receipt of the goods including weekends. You must email us to get authorization prior to returning the goods

If an item is returned, Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
