Featuring the all NEW SD2 wheelchair from Drive Medical which is an upgraded design with more features and improved build quality.

This newly designed wheelchair has retained the original features and in addition offers position-adjustable arm-pads, an easy to use one-touch lap belt, an improved catch on the leg-rest and a full seat canvas. There have also been some slight cosmetic changes including replacing the gold trim with a more elegant black.

A deluxe wheelchair built for comfort

The wheelchair comes as standard in metallic black and has a choice of four sizes: 16", 18" 20" or 22". The standard features include flip-up and removable arm rests plus easy to use push button arm pad adjustment in both height and length ensuring maximum comfort. The foot rests are swing in/out, the comfortable backrest now has adjustable tension straps with a removable padded back. At the rear there are stepper tubes to make mounting kerbs easier and they are fitted with anti tip wheels to prevent topple backwards.

The rear wheels are quick release to make storing and transportation easier and include reflectors for safety in poor light. The rear tyres are pneumatic to provide a more comfortable ride. Finally there is a very comfortable and hygienic seat cushion included as standard.
