Mainland UK Delivery
All products are free of a delivery charge for addresses in mainland UK (excluding Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Isles of Scilly and the Channel Islands) however if the order is less than £35.00 a delivery charge of £9.99 will apply.
All products are sent using a next day service, products that are ordered by 1pm (and which are in stock) will be dispatched the same day for delivery the next working day but please allow 2-5 working days as deliveries are dependant upon the couriers.
Orders taken before 1pm on Friday will be dispatched the same day for delivery on Monday. Orders taken over the weekend will be dispatched on the Monday.
If you wish to change or cancel your order after the product has been despatched a courier return fee will apply (see returns information).
Other non Mainland UK Postcode Deliveries
Any items delivered outside of mainland UK will be dispatched via a 2-5 working day delivery service, delivery charges will apply and will vary depending on the destination. The excat charge will be displayed during checkout once your postcode has been entered.
Missing or Damaged Product(s) upon Delivery
If your order arrives damaged, or any part of the order is missing, you must inform us within 2 days. If it is not possible to check the products within this timescale you must notify us of the reason you are unable to do this within 2 days. We can then place a note against the order to avoid a claim for damage or missing items being rejected.
