The X Fold Rollator is the second rollator from wheelchair manufacturers Drive Medical and looks to be equally good as their comfort rollator. Our first impressions are that a great deal of thought has gone in to the design and every aspect is aimed at making life easier for the rollator user. Although compact, the X Fold rollator is very sturdy thanks to its aluminium cross brace frame that will support users up to 21 stone. The handles are height adjustable and can be adjusted at the push of a button allowing it to collapse easily for storage and transportation.

The X Fold actually folds in two directions making it one of the most compact rollators once folded. It comes with a good sized shopping bag that is easily accessed and lockable front castors to prevent swivelling for certain users. Finally it comes as standard with reflectors which ensure you are visible if outside during dark hours. With an overall weight of just 7.5 KGs, this rollator is a very good value model that will provide many years of reliable and safe service to its user.

Rollator comfort

The X Fold Rollator is ideal for out door use due to its oversized 8" wheels which cope with lumps and bumps of uneven surfaces and provide more comfort than other models. The back rest  is nicely flexible and allows you to find a comfortable position very easily. The brake handles and push handles are easy to use with arthritic loop handle brakes and the brake cables are threaded within the rollator frame to prevent them being snagged or caught.
