UK Wheelchairs guarantees your purchase against faulty manufacture. If your item is defective upon receipt through faulty manufacture you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. UK Wheelchairs will replace your item on return of the item unused and in its original packaging.

Please read the following terms carefully:

*You must inform us of your intention to return your goods within 14 days of receipt of the goods (including weekends). This provides you with sufficient time to inspect your purchase and check that it is entirely suitable for your requirements.

* Goods must be returned in A1 unused condition and all products must be returned complete, in an undamaged state and in their original undamaged packaging (if the item was delivered on a pallet it must be returned on a pallet).

* Your reason for returning the goods must be clearly stated.

* If an item is returned only the product cost can be refunded. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable and an courier collection fee is applicable.  The below fees apply only to mainland UK, for collections outside of mainland UK the cost is calculated on an individual basis and will cost more or you can use your own courier which must include insurance whilst in transit.

Please Note - Please note that any Days, Drive Medical, Invacare, Karma Mobility, Freedom Range, Rollz, Roma Medical, TGA, Topro, Sunrise Medical, Van-Os Medical or any products over £200.00 have a 15% re-stocking fee and return shipping fee in addition to the above administration fees.

Refunds will be made within 14 working days of receipt of returned goods.
