The Karma Ergo 125 transit wheelchair from Karma Mobility is a great looking crash tested wheelchair with many useful features. Made using aircraft grade aluminium tubing, this wheelchair breaks down easily with 9KGs being the heaviest component and from 12.7 KGs to 14.* KGs complete depending on the seat width. This wheelchair uses the clever patented S-Ergo seat technology to help stop the user sliding down the seat and to redistribute pressure for added comfort of the long term user.

Additional features include flip back arm rests for easier transfer, extended ergonomic arm pads designed for increased support for the elbow, oval tubed frame for added strength and Aegis microbe shield fabric to maintain clean and bacteria free upholstery. This wheelchair is one of the best designed transit wheelchairs we have seen. It demonstrates much thought has been given to its design.

A wheelchair that promotes good posture

The 125 benefits from the S' Ergo seating that prevents slipping down the seat and promotes good posture by spreading load evenly. The S-Ergo seat design has been pressure mapped for the optimum shape and support.

The Ergo 125 transit wheelchair has attendant brakes and a double cross braced frame which provides a strong and stable wheelchair that will support users up to 115 KGs. The Ergo 125 also has tune in centre footplates giving more support than the traditional design. All in all, we think this is one of the best Karma transit wheelchairs.
