The Troja Neuro rollator from Norwegian manufacturer Topro is a nicely designed lightweight rollator which is built around a strong aluminium frame. The Troja Neuro rollator weighs just 7.8kgs or 7.4kgs making it easy to use and to lift for storage or transportation.

Available in two sizes, the Troja Neuro suits users up to 25 stone in weight for the medium or 19.5 stone for the small. Both sizes have a seat width of 18".

This walking aid is very well equipped and has many features that others do not have, making it a very safe and secure rollator. The main feature that sets this rollator aside from others is the reverse braking system. To allow the rollator to move in any direction the brake levers must be engaged to allow the wheels to turn. This ensures that the rollator is stationary when the user sits down and remains so until the brake handles are squeezed.

A lightweight rollator with automatic brakes

The brakes can be fully deactivated by pushing them all the way down to the locked position. The height adjustable handles are easy to adjust by turning a thumb screw there and is a memory function that allows you to return to the previous setting with ease. The seat fabric is mesh that can be removed for washing. A back support is included. By lifting the seat strap, the frame folds with ease allowing the rollator to be stored and transported.

Once folded the overall width is just 9.5" or 24cm and there is a clip that can be use to lock it in place. To the front of the seat there is a large shopping bag made from a breathable mesh fabric. The castor wheels are 20cm in diameter and wider than many rollator wheels which helps to provide increased grip on loose and uneven surfaces.

All in all, this lightweight rollator is very easy to use and will provide smooth reliable operation for many years with the minimum of maintenance.
